Alice in Wonder-Fucking-Land

“You are quite a pleasant surprise. You make a good doobie”, said the Mad Bunny as he took another drag of Alice’s giant joint. She shrugged her shoulders in indifference. The secret of a good joint is in the weed. Nothing more to it, really.

“Tell me about yourself.” said the Mad Bunny, inhaling deeply. Alice could almost see him fly.

“What would you like to know?” she asked.

“Whatever you feel like sharing”, said the Mad Bunny, but Alice knew that he meant, “Whatever you think will entertain me.” So she thought long and hard. She didn’t want to disappoint him. After all he was The Mad Bunny, an iconic figure of the Wonder-fucking-land. At least he seemed to enjoy her joint. That was one thing she had going for her.

So she told him about her journey, how she walked through a mirror only to find him there. And about meeting the Great White Wizard who gave her mushrooms that made her really big, then really small. And she told him about the Queen of Hearts who still had her trembling in fear. And the useless advice she got from the Caterpillar. And the mad tea party she attended. And all that crazy, fucked up shit.

Yawning, now stoned, the Mad Bunny said, “Oh, poor little Alice. My heart goes out to you, and millions of other girls like you who walk through the mirror straight into the Wonder-fucking-land, not expecting to be wonderfully fucked. Now how crazy is that, you tell me? Sometimes I don’t understand you, women.”

He turned around and noticed tears in Alice’s eyes. “Oh no, look what I’ve done now. I’m sorry. Here… take some of this, it’s powerful stuff, and lets go for another ride. Or better yet, stay where you are and let me get my camera.”

Alice finished the smoke then stood up. “Where do you want me?”

“Right here in front of me is just fine.” The Mad Bunny motioned with a big camera in his hand. “But keep your distance.”

“How’s this?” Alice stood about 30 feet away from him.

“Perfect.”  The Mad Bunny started adjusting the focus lens on his camera. “You may lift your skirt if you wish, or do whatever it is you do when you… You know…”

“Sure do” said Alice as she lifted her skirt, and let the Bunny snap a few shots for his collection. After all, everyone has the right to make their own memories.

Alien, alienated. That's me.
